For your next vacation in Brittany, the fully-equipped, family-run "Ty Léon-Rose" gîte (pets welcome) awaits you in all seasons, for a relaxing stay in Erdeven, in the magnificent region of Southern Brittany, in the heart of the Grand Site Dunaire Gâvres-Quiberon.
Welcome to Marie-Rose and Léon
The "Ty Léon-Rose" gîte is the only one to have remained unchanged since it was built in the 17è century. The former home of Marie-Rose, Marie's great-grandmother, and Léon, Marie's great-uncle. When thunder came, the frightened matriarch would pray, and it was the ideal occasion for her husband to go to "Ty Chistr", the cider cellar, to drink a glass to the health of the storm. Her son Léon, highly cultured, spent a peaceful life there, although he was heckled by Marie, his mischievous little niece, to whom he easily forgave mischief.
Ty Léon-Rose, a family gîte for your vacations in Southern Brittany
South-facing, this carefully decorated 100m2 vacation home is spread over two levels. On the first floor, you'll find a large, fully-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room (fireplace with working stove/insert for those who prefer to stay in the cold), plus an adjoining room with a water point, storage space and a shower room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a shower room. The front garden is the perfect place to extend your summer evenings. The rear garden is fully enclosed with fencing and gates. And your pets, dog(s) ors) or cat(s) are welcome!

- Baby equipment available (cot with mattress, changing mat, bathtub, baby rest, high chair, etc.).
The exteriors are enclosed for added security
The "Ty Léon-Rose" gîte offers two exteriors: a small garden, enclosed by a low wall, with flowers at the front and garden furniture. At the rear, an enclosed private garden with garden furniture, 3 sun loungers, 2 chiliennes and a Weber barbecue are waiting for you.
