For peace of mind when booking, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Vacations are a time for resting from start to finish, which is why we offer you :
A sweet, gourmet breakfast made withcarefully selected local produce, served between 8 and 10 a.m. at the gîte (except on your departure day) in a basket placed discreetly by your door .
Price €15/adult and €8 for children under 8.
OPTIONAL SALTED BRUNCH with a selection of charcuterie, Erdeven cheeses (goat and cow) and fresh eggs from Les Cocottes de Kervarc'h +10€.
For a smooth departure, we offer you the cleaning option:
- For Ty Hélène and Ty Jean-Michel: €65
- For Ty Léon-Rose and Le Loft: €90
- For Ty Joséphine: €120
- For Ty Jeanne-Louise: €140
- The garbage cans will be emptied, as will the barbecue or wood-burning stove, and the crockery put away clean.
- Please note that the housekeeping package does not mean that you are exempt from cleaning during your stay, as it implies a standard daily maintenance of the house. The kitchen must be regularly maintained: worktops, pots/pans/dishes, small appliances, hob...
A supplement of €20 may be charged for tidying up, which is not excessive when you can quickly spend an extra 1.5 to 2 hours there.
Toilet bowls cleaned - If pets (accepted free of charge) were present, I would also ask you to vacuum the rooms where they have been.
Otherwise, as a reminder, the accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as we left it for you and validated during the entry inventory:
- Dishes must be put away, the dishwasher emptied, and small and large electrical appliances cleaned (hob, oven, toaster, etc.).
- Shower (or bathtub) and shower screen (or bathtub), washbasin or basin, WC cleaned.
- Vacuumed AND washed floors.
- Garbage emptied AND cleaned.
- The barbecue or stove emptied AND cleaned.
For a reservation to be confirmed, you must return :
- A signed contract
- A copy of the signed general terms and conditions of sale;
- 25% deposit
The balance must be paid on arrival.
You will also be required to take out holiday home insurance, which you must hand in no later than the day of arrival.
On your arrival, a deposit for the gîte and another for cleaning will be required (for the amount please refer to your contract).
Means of payment accepted: cheque, vacation voucher, cash, bank transfer.
The tourist tax is 1.50€ (3 stars) or 2.30€ (4 stars)/day/adult payable all year round. (subject to modification by the AQTA tourist tax authority).
