Considered the prettiest young woman in Erdeven at the time, Joséphine Le Peuvédic, the former owner, was a brilliant woman who graduated from high school. However, she had to bow to her parents' wishes and marry her cousin Lucien, in order to preserve the family land.
Ty Joséphine, a cosy gîte for comfortable vacations
Dating back to 1719, this farmhouse belonged to Joséphine's family. Acquired by Marie and Gwenaël in 2017, its renovation is faithful to the character of the village, with an emphasis on quality materials: lime and hemp for the rendering of the living room, oak lintels for the openings. South-facing, equipped with a wood-burning stove and fine stonework, this gîte offers a cosy, relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
